Ute Lake Ranch - Ute Lake is an 8,200 acre lake with 26 miles of navigable fresh water. An 8,000 yard Nicklaus Design championship golf course is currently under construction and construction will begin soon on a marina, equestrian center, restaurants, recreational facilities, paths, parks, open space and more. Ute Lake Ranch is a 12,500-acre community filled with resort style amenities and a varied collection of beautiful homes.
