North American Wind Research and Training Center – Mesalands community College, in collaboration with the National Renewable Energy Lab in Boulder, Colorado, Sandia National Labs, and New Mexico State University has developed NAWRTC to provide a location for applied research and training of wind energy technicians and wind farm managers.
