Tucumcari Cattle Feeders – Construction is underway on a 10,000 head cattle feeding operation located just off US54 northeast of Tucumcari. Tony Gabel and Mark Whetten have partnered to develop the property. They will use byproducts of the ethanol plant and are incorporating a trucking operation as an adjunct activity of the feedlot. Cattle are expected to begin arriving late Summer 2008.
